We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to assist with the completion of accounting practices, for the incoming receipts for the NFP UK Holdings group of companies. This is a 4-month FTC.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues across the business, via email and face-to-face
  • An excellent organiser who manages their time effectively and is also able to manage the expectation of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail – ensuring work is checked thoroughly and can pick up on small errors
  • Accounting experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with Curo and/or Dynamics is preferred

Using your skills, you will be:

  • Ensuring sales invoices are raised and issued as required for the People Solutions businesses
  • Working with the wider finance team to help build the annual budgets and reforecast as required throughout the year
  • Supporting the wider finance team in the preparation of month end reporting documents as required
  • Liaising with Sales team and Consultants on significantly outstanding debts to identify potential actions/provisions required
  • Chasing commission revenue not received as expected
