We’re hiring for an Assistant Management Accountant (FTC) to join our growing Finance team
To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. As one of our Assistant Management Accountants, you’ll be working within a fast-paced, people-focused and highly acquisitive organization, with opportunities to support in transforming the financial operations within NFP Europe as the company continues to grow. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

We're looking for someone with:
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Well-organised and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Accurate, with an eye for detail and ability to question everything from a financial perspective
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Using your skills, you will be:
- Assisting with all aspects of internal reporting and the month end reporting process into Group
- Responsible for reporting financial performance for your business line including the production and reconciliation of monthly management accounts, both P&L and Balance Sheet
- Providing commentary and insight into all aspects of financial performance, ahead of monthly review meetings with the leadership team
- Assisting with the annual budgeting process within the business unit, providing insight and analysis into the key year on year movements
- Reporting on monthly income, reconciliation, and income forecasting
- Supporting ad-hoc finance projects as required
