We’re looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is a key role in delivering a first-class claims experience to our clients, providing timely, empathetic, and effective claims handling across a variety of insurance products.

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience handling Property, Casualty and Motor claims
- Experience working in a Commercial Insurance setting
- Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
Using your skills, you will be:
- Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Manage client’s claims including advice on cover and indemnity.
- Actively monitor progress on outstanding claims and provide timely and accurate feedback to clients and Account Executives
- Liaise with Insurers, Loss Adjusters and other third parties
- Deal with claims on behalf of carriers on a delegated authority basis where agreements are in place
