We’re hiring for a Digital Marketing Lead - SEO and Content to support our growing Marketing team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Lead – SEO and Content, to drive organic growth and lead on all search-focused activity within our digital team. This role centres on SEO excellence and high-quality content creation, which also supporting broader digital marketing activity including paid search, website optimisation and email platform updates when required. 
You’ll own our SEO roadmap and content strategy, using data-led insights to deliver measurable improvements to visibility, traffic, and lead generation. Working closely with international SEO and digital specialists, you will develop best-practice content, guide optimisation across key markets, and ensure our digital presence continues to evolve in line with industry trends and algorithm updates.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on SEO and content experience; some PPC exposure desirable
  • Proven track record improving organic visibility, rankings, and conversions
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content optimisation skills
  • Strong understanding of AI tools for SEO, content, and reporting
  • Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, SEMrush (or similar)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to present insights clearly
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional or international collaboration experience.
  • Google Ads or Google Analytics Certifications is desirable
  • Experience managing or supporting paid search campaigns is desirable

Using your skills, you will be:

  • Developing, owning, and delivering a full SEO strategy to improve search rankings, visibility, and lead generation
  • Conducting keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities that align with commercial goals
  • Creating, briefing, and optimising SEO-friendly content, including landing pages, blogs, marketing copy, and meta data
  • Analysing organic performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush and other tools to make data-driven recommendations
  • Partnering with international SEO and marketing specialists to align strategy, share insights, and support global initiatives
  • Identifying and resolving SEO and technical issues such as crawl inefficiencies, redirect chains, duplicate content, and indexation gaps
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure technical recommendations are accurately implemented.
  • Supporting the paid media specialist with planning and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing
  • Writing and testing ad copy and support landing page optimisations.
  • Helping to analyse cross-channel performance to unify organic and paid insights.
  • Monitoring budgets, bids, and efficiency where required, contributing optimisation recommendations.
  • Assisting with website updates, content uploads, and QA to ensure accuracy, performance, and SEO alignment
  • Collaborating with digital and development teams to improve user experience and on-site conversion.
  • Supporting the copy creation and management of our email marketing platform when required.
  • Tracking KPIs with GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
  • Ensuring conversion tracking and tagging are accurately implemented
  • Identifying growth opportunities through trend analysis and competitor insights
  • Improving content quality, visibility, and engagement metrics
  • Improving marketplace or multi-channel visibility where relevant
