The Security and Property Businesses had already achieved a wealth of accreditation including ISO 9001 and 14001 for their commitment to Quality and the Environment the forward thinking Chief Executive was keen to achieve the OHSAS 18001 standard for health & safety.
Solution
As the GMS Group and Management Team were already familiar with process and procedures we quickly developed a robust health and safety policy and procedures manual to meet the needs of the Business and the requirements of ISO 45001, this was quickly implemented and audited both at the office and on sites around the UK. We now support the Business by providing two days consultancy per month to audit and develop the management systems and processes in place.
