I’m an experienced executive coach who works with individuals to help them be at their best, particularly through times of transition and change. I’m especially interested in what really motivates people, how life events shape us and how inclusion and culture impact performance. I support leaders and managers to understand their own narrative, increase self-awareness and shift behaviours so they can lead more effectively and influence positive cultural change.
My background includes working at leadership level in HR and learning & development, designing and delivering programmes on leadership, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and change for managers at all levels. I coach senior leaders, partners, directors and newly promoted managers, and I also facilitate group sessions on topics such as feedback, setting objectives and leading through change. My approach is warm, empathetic and approachable, but also appropriately challenging, combining psychological insight with practical tools that clients can apply straight away.

With many years’ experience leading the people agenda in major public companies, I bring a board-level perspective to every coaching relationship. I’ve worked as Group Human Resources Director across several international organisations, including FirstGroup plc, Low & Bonar plc, Essentra plc and Chloride plc, supporting leadership teams through transformation, integration and growth. My aim as a coach is simple: to help senior executivess take practical, confident steps towards their next role or phase of career.
