Anusha Parshotam

I’m an experienced executive coach who works with individuals to help them be at their best, particularly through times of transition and change. I’m especially interested in what really motivates people, how life events shape us and how inclusion and culture impact performance. I support leaders and managers to understand their own narrative, increase self-awareness and shift behaviours so they can lead more effectively and influence positive cultural change.

My background includes working at leadership level in HR and learning & development, designing and delivering programmes on leadership, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and change for managers at all levels. I coach senior leaders, partners, directors and newly promoted managers, and I also facilitate group sessions on topics such as feedback, setting objectives and leading through change. My approach is warm, empathetic and approachable, but also appropriately challenging, combining psychological insight with practical tools that clients can apply straight away.

Gavin Leathem

With many years’ experience leading the people agenda in major public companies, I bring a board-level perspective to every coaching relationship. I’ve worked as Group Human Resources Director across several international organisations, including FirstGroup plc, Low & Bonar plc, Essentra plc and Chloride plc, supporting leadership teams through transformation, integration and growth. My aim as a coach is simple: to help senior executivess take practical, confident steps towards their next role or phase of career.

Having spent decades managing recruitment, succession planning and executive development, I understand exactly how senior appointments are made and what search firms and boards look for. I take a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach, combining strategic insight with honest, straight-talking advice that helps clients present their best selves and make informed career decisions.

I’m a commercially minded Executive Career Coach and Outplacement Specialist with over 25 years’ senior business experience, including leadership roles in a FTSE100 company. I work with business leaders navigating transition, from CEOs to functional heads, helping them build clarity, confidence and momentum in the next stage of their careers.

My clients describe me as energetic, practical and honest. I’m passionate about developing trusted relationships based on respect and results, and I draw on my own executive background to offer peer-level insight and support. Whether it’s exploring new roles or defining a broader career strategy, I bring structure, encouragement and realism to every conversation.

Linda Spencer

Change can be one of the most rewarding stages in a career. As a senior coach, I love helping people navigate transitions with confidence, creativity and courage, whether they’re exploring new roles, building a business, or redefining what success looks like for them. I bring structure, insight and empathy to every conversation, helping clients make bold decisions and meaningful progress.

Before coaching, I built an international career in automotive procurement, including nine years at BMW’s global headquarters in Germany. I’ve managed teams across cultures and led through change, which gives me a strong appreciation for both the strategic and human sides of business.

I’m an experienced Executive Career Transition Coach with over 20 years in coaching, recruitment and business leadership. I support senior professionals through all stages of career change, from defining direction and rewriting a CV to interview strategy, networking and even launching new ventures.

My approach is holistic and pragmatic. I know that change isn’t just about the next job, it’s about mindset, confidence and purpose. With a background in commercial recruitment and as a business founder myself, I help clients make decisions that fit both their professional goals and personal values.

Tim Kemp

I bring a blend of business leadership, consulting and coaching experience to my work with senior executives navigating significant career transitions. Whether supporting someone stepping up to a board role or moving into a new chapter, I help them clarify their value, strengthen their networks and communicate their impact with confidence.

My background includes HR leadership roles in global technology firms, partnership at PwC leading organisational change, and executive search experience with Korn Ferry. This combination means I understand career progression from every angle, as an employer, adviser and coach. My approach is thoughtful, direct and grounded in real business experience.
