- Benchmarking salaries of 44 core roles across seven core countries to highlight where roles were aligned to market, under‑market or over‑market.
- Benchmarking benefits provision across each country, allowing Restek to understand how its benefits compared locally and internationally to ensure they remained competitive in all their locations.
