The challenge

The US‑founded tech organisation was undergoing a significant period of organisational change. The immediate requirement was the closure of its primary UK site in Berkshire, resulting in 68 redundancies across a diverse employee population. The business wanted to provide high‑quality outplacement support to employees at all levels, while maintaining business as usual during the six‑month wind‑down period.
