Birmingham, England, 12 Mar 2018 - NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant that provides employee benefits, commercial insurance and wealth management solutions, today announced the acquisition of Wentworth Employee Benefits Limited (WEB). The transaction closed on December 8, 2017.
Based in Daventry, United Kingdom, WEB is an advisory firm that specialises in pension administration and consulting, as well as employee-sponsored risk benefits. WEB will further strengthen NFP’s existing offerings of group benefits and property and casualty services in the UK. Principals of the firm, Richard Basford, Philip Hitchman and Elizabeth Hitchman, will join NFP’s U.K. division as directors, reporting to Kishan Herriotts, Managing Director of Mackenzie Taylor Benefits Consultants Limited under NFP.
